Terms of service & Procedure

| Commissions are for personal use only. Mods may be edited and shared with friends but may not be used for profit. Do not claim my work as your own. |
| Listed prices are the base price. The price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission. |
| Depending on the complexity of the mod, timeframe will vary. More complex mods can take upwards of 2 months for completion. |
| I have every right to decline a commission if I feel that my skill level may not meet your request or if the request falls under subjects I will not do. |
| Payment is via PayPal or Ko-fi only. An invoice will be sent by me. A deposit of at least 50% must be paid before I start working. The remaining amount will be paid once you have recieved the final version of the mod. |
| Once you have recieved the final version of the mod, I am available to fix any minor clipping & stretching that may occur. |
| Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined. Providing full references helps me guarantee that I can better fulfill your request and avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process. |

| In the rare event I feel that I cannot complete the commission up to my standards, I will refund you in full. |
| If for reasons you need to cancel your commission after paying the 50% deposit I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum). |
| Process |

| Upon starting work, I will send you progress images for your approval. You may make 3 major revisions during this time. |
| Once I have completed modeling and / or baking I will no longer accept any major revisions. Minor texture revisions are allowed up until texturing is complete. |
| Once the finalized mod is accepted, I will send you a zip file containing your commission and any additional files. Once you have received the commission, I will request the other 50% payment. |
